How much will shipping cost?
Free shipping in Canada and USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). For artworks 24” and more, stretched canvas and frame artworks email us to receive a shipping quote pre-approval prior to shipping the order. FL will contact you prior to processing for approval of any additional charges.
How long will shipping take?
Orders ships within 3 to 10 days for original art, fine art photography 5 to 7 business days. Shipping time will vary depending on buyer’s location and the delivery times below are provided for reference and cannot be guaranteed. Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during busy Holiday seasons. For special deliveries services for all locations please contact us through our contact page so that we can assist you.
At this time, we ship within the United States, as well as Canada. International orders will receive a quote for pre-approval prior to processing and shipping the order. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees as well as all customs and duty related fees. Email us for international rates or for over-sized products.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
Buyers are responsible for all custom fees or receiving fees incurred. The government of the country where your order is delivered determines custom fees.
Original Artworks in 3-5 days

Prints will ship rolled out in a tube. We send all artwork via tracked and signed for delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number once we have processed your order.
If an item damaged during shipment, please contact us through our contact page so that we can assist you.
within 3 working days of receiving the damaged artwork so that we can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/products so that you can provide them to customer service representative.

FL will replace or refund all damaged goods.
However you MUST check your goods and email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure.
You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from Fran Lamothe.
Failure to do this could result in an invalid claim against our Returns Policy.
We have seven (7) calendar day from the date of delivery. Return requests received outside the stated return period will not be accepted. Please contact us through our contact page so that we can assist you.
Fine art photography, is made to order and is final sales.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products ( such as special orders or personalized items ), fine art photography. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
